Measurement guide

A. Length
Total length of the coat measured on the back, from the base of the collar straight down to the hem.

B. Chest
Width measured from armpit to armpit.

C. Waist
Width at the narrowest point of the waist, measured 40 cm down from the base of the collar.

D. Hip
Width at the hip, measured 60 cm down from the base of the collar.

E. Hem
Width of the bottom hem, measured from edge to edge.

F. Sleeve
Length measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. Please note: The measurement includes a 7 cm turn-up allowance.

G. Shoulder
Width measured across the upper back from one shoulder seam to the other.

A straight fit creates a modern silhouette while offering comfortable roominess, making it easy to layer underneath.

A relaxed fit gently follows the waist while providing a little extra room through the hips and chest for added comfort.

A regular fit follows the body's natural shape for a flattering silhouette. It has a more tailored cut, particularly through the upper body.

The Valto-light down coat is ideal for both urban use and sporty outdoor activities. The functionality of the coat and its well-thought-out details guarantee a unique comfort and pleasant warmth. The slightly longer back of the coat also protects the lower back well. The narrower quilting on the sides and below the sleeves gives the coat a structured and light appearance. Adjustment and tightening options in the hood and hem, as well as tightenings at the sleeve ends, enhance the feeling of warmth. The generously sized zippered patch pockets also work with gloves. Inside the jacket, in addition to a zippered inner pocket, there are two mesh pockets that can accommodate both a beanie and gloves.

Joutsen down coats have been awarded the Design From Finland mark, which signifies Finnish design and responsible manufacturing. The filling of the coats consists of responsibly produced down, which is a by-product of meat production. The down is cleaned in our own processing facility without the use of harmful chemicals.
