The Tauko Down Coat Limited Edition is colourful version of the beloved classic that conquers both the city streets and the break area with its colorful and lively presence. Originally conceived as a portable break garment, the coat is worn over other gear to provide warmth during skiing trips or hikes. Over the decades, the coat has proven to be functional everywhere and in all seasons: on cool Midsummer nights, fishing trips, outdoor activities and dog walks. The coat packs into a small space in its own storage pocket. The filling of the coat is 100 % responsibly produced and tested pure down. The unisex coat is designed with men's sizing to be worn over other gear. Women should choose a size one or even two sizes smaller, considering the intended use. Joutsen down coats have been awarded the Design From Finland mark, which signifies Finnish design and responsible manufacturing. The filling of the coats consists of responsibly produced down, which is a by-product of meat production. The down is cleaned in our own processing facility without the use of harmful chemicals.
