Measurement guide

A. Length
Total length of the coat measured on the back, from the base of the collar straight down to the hem.

B. Chest
Width measured from armpit to armpit.

C. Waist
Width at the narrowest point of the waist, measured 40 cm down from the base of the collar.

D. Hip
Width at the hip, measured 60 cm down from the base of the collar.

E. Hem
Width of the bottom hem, measured from edge to edge.

F. Sleeve
Length measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

G. Shoulder
Width measured across the upper back from one shoulder seam to the other.


A straight fit creates a modern silhouette while offering comfortable roominess, making it easy to layer underneath.

A relaxed fit gently follows the waist while providing a little extra room through the hips and chest for added comfort.

A regular fit follows the body's natural shape for a flattering silhouette. It has a more tailored cut, particularly through the upper body.

Hertta is a feminine lightweight down coat that combines refined style with relaxed comfort. The beautifully draping A-line silhouette gently defines the waist, while the diamond-shaped quilting gives the coat a modern yet timeless look.

Hertta’s generous fixed hood frames the face beautifully and provides protection in changing weather. Raglan sleeves and a relaxed sleeve shape make the coat comfortable to wear over layers. Turn-back cuffs complete its effortless, considered design.

The discreet concealed snap-button fastening keeps the front clean and light. Zipped welt pockets keep essentials close at hand. Pure down provides just the right amount of warmth while preserving the coat’s airy, lightweight feel.

Joutsen down coats have been awarded the Design From Finland mark, which signifies Finnish design and responsible manufacturing. The filling of the coats consists of responsibly produced down, which is a by-product of meat production. The down is cleaned in our own processing facility without the use of harmful chemicals.
