Measurement guide

A. Length
Total length of the coat measured on the back, from the base of the collar straight down to the hem.

B. Chest
Width measured from armpit to armpit.

C. Waist
Width at the narrowest point of the waist, measured 40 cm down from the base of the collar.

D. Hip
Width at the hip, measured 60 cm down from the base of the collar.

E. Hem
Width of the bottom hem, measured from edge to edge.

F. Sleeve
Length measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

G. Shoulder
Width measured across the upper back from one shoulder seam to the other.

The long, dreamy light and soft Estrid down coat looks fantastic and feels wonderful. You can easily change its appearance from a straight line to accentuate the waist using an adjustment strap. The adjustment is carefully positioned so that it flatters different body types in a beautiful way. The Estrid coat is made of a durable and lightweight fabric that repels water and keeps out the wind. The well-shaped and eye-catching hood has a protective storm edge. The coat's filling is 100 percent carefully cleaned down.

Joutsen down coats have been awarded the Design From Finland mark, which signifies Finnish design and responsible manufacturing. The coats are filled with scientifically tested, pure down and feathers sourced as by-products of the meat industry.


Down and feathers are cleaned to a high standard of safety and purity at our own processing plant using the multi-stage Joutsen Down System cleaning process.
